Yes. Nanoplasty is one of our speciality services and is designed to create smoother, more manageable hair while reducing frizz and styling time. A consultation may be recommended to determine whether it is right for your hair.

Not always. Your starting colour, previous colour history, hair condition and desired result will determine what can safely be achieved. Maintaining the health and integrity of your hair will always be our priority.

Potentially, yes. Please let us know about any previous box dye or at-home colour before your appointment. Some transformations may require multiple sessions or colour correction.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

We understand that plans can change. Please give us as much notice as possible. Late cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows may result in your deposit being forfeited and a new deposit being required to rebook.

Yes, Afterpay is available in salon, giving you the option to split the cost of eligible services into manageable payments.

Unless your stylist advises otherwise, please arrive with your hair in its normal condition and avoid heavy oils or excessive product build-up. For colour transformations, please provide your complete colour history in advance.

As chemical products are used during colour services, please avoid wearing expensive or delicate clothing. Although colour transfer is uncommon, it can occasionally occur and may permanently stain clothing.
